Our episode on CrossFit (006: Why we don’t CrossFit) stirred up the attention of CrossFit through their official Instagram page. While we were honored that they even knew we existed, they didn’t seem to feel the same way about us! Needless to say, some heated debate ensued which we reveal in this edgy episode.
